Im just starting out but so far so good! I love how positive and motivating Kurtis is. He pushes you but doesn’t expect miracles. I appreciate the count downs and landmarks used so I can focus on pushing myself just a little bit longer or further. I would recommend Sweatworx to anyone at any fitness level!
