I appreciate the count downs and landmarks used so I can focus on pushing myself just a little bit longer or further.  I would recommend Sweatworx to anyone at any fitness level!]]></description>

Although, it was intense bc i  am a beginner period...both sessions have given me great results, which is why I decided to comment. The instructor Kurtis, is nice and thankfully for my sake patient. The work out usually switches around from cardio, to power etc. Which is great bc it works out your whole body. I&#039;ll continue to attend the boot camps and hope for on coming good results!!]]></description>
